Pay Per Task Jobs!

There are a lot of people out there who would love to work from home but can't due to certain circumstances. The most common of circumstances is not having a home office or quiet space to work. Since a lot of jobs that hire at home workers require you to have a landline phone, a lot of people will then turn to pyramid schemes and programs that claim to make them a lot of money in a short span of time. I just want to say to anyone out there who is looking to work from home to be patient. Patience will be your best friend and it can also prevent you from getting scammed by people who would claim to make you rich if you pay to try their program. Work is called work because you have to WORK to make money. So please, as I stated in my "How To Identify Scam Sites" blog, Please do not expect to make money by simply putting your name in a box and hitting send. It simply does not work that way. Always look for sites that do not ask you to pay or you could lose.

Pay Per Task Jobs are trending amongst the work at home circuit. These sites are easy to use and you can make money by completing simple tasks. Make sure if you participate in these sites that you pay close attention to their instructions. Simple mistakes can cost you the task and you will have to move on to the next. Several of these sites want you to take qualification tests so that they can match you with certain tasks that suit your skills. They can pay anywhere from $0.01 to $100 per task depending on your set of skills. These sites are very easy to use and make money from. I'm going to list the top 8 that I have come across in the past few years. Some can make you good money from doing very easy tasks and some may take a while to build up. Choose your PPT sites carefully so that you do not waste your own time.

Amazon Mechanical Turk: This is on the top of my list because it has proven to me to be the best pay per task site on the web. I have done work here and made quite a bit of money.

"What is Amazon Mechanical Turk?
Amazon Mechanical Turk is a marketplace for work that requires human intelligence. The Mechanical Turk service gives businesses access to a diverse, on-demand, scalable workforce and gives Workers a selection of thousands of tasks to complete whenever it's convenient.
Amazon Mechanical Turk is based on the idea that there are still many things that human beings can do much more effectively than computers, such as identifying objects in a photo or video, performing data de-duplication, transcribing audio recordings, or researching data details. Traditionally, tasks like this have been accomplished by hiring a large temporary workforce (which is time consuming, expensive, and difficult to scale) or have gone undone. What is a HIT?
A Human Intelligence Task, or HIT, is a question that needs an answer. A HIT represents a single, self-contained task that a Worker can work on, submit an answer, and collect a reward for completing."

Clickworker:

"We are always looking for people from anywhere on the planet who enjoy writing, translating, researching, and data processing. clickworker.com provides digital tasks to registered Internet workers – we call them Clickworkers. Clickworkers are independent service providers who utilize our workplace platform. As a Clickworker you earn money working completely independently on your own schedule from any personal computer with Internet access.

The tasks available may vary from Clickworker to Clickworker based on qualification and work assessments, language abilities, and declared interests."

CloudCrowd:

"CloudCrowd is where work gets done. We bring together companies that need work done with people who want to work and get paid. When a company gives us a project, we break it down into a smaller set of tasks that you complete using our Facebook application. You select the tasks you'd like to work on, and are paid the next business day via PayPal for each task you complete correctly."

DoMyStuff.com:

"DoMyStuff.com provides a marketplace where anyone looking to outsource chores, errands, or projects can locate (and do business with) responsible and experienced local help. At DoMyStuff.com, you can have all your chores completed by SOMEONE ELSE - all from the comfort of your own home. For the past few years, thousands of companies have relied on similar websites to outsource their business needs - and saved themselves valuable time and money in the process.

Now you can benefit from the outsourcing trend, too! And, if you're an individual or business that provides services to others, DoMyStuff.com is an easy-to-use outlet where you can showcase your abilities and grow your business. If you often find yourself too busy to enjoy life, consider hiring a qualified person (or business) to give you some much-needed relief. It's FREE to register at DoMyStuff.com."

Field Agent:

Field Agent is an iPhone app that does exactly that. You can find tons of small gigs to do in your area, like taking pictures of certain things or filling out surveys and get paid between $2 and $8 for each task.

Fiverr:

(Note: I only recommend this is you have a great service to offer. Most people don't like to deal with unrated workers on fiverr so if you have a great and unique service to offer, go ahead and place your work ads. If not.. don't waste your time.)

(what would you do for $5)

"How To Sell:

  • Create a gig for a small service you are willing to offer (for $5)
  • Share your gig with the world
  • You will be notified when your gig is ordered, and be asked to accept it
  • We will credit your Fiverr balance with $4, 48 hrs after you successfully deliver your work
  • Withdraw your earnings to your PayPal (according to the terms of service)"

Microworkers:

"Anyone can also be a Worker. You can be a stay-at-home mom, a student who needs extra spending money, or if you simply love helping others while making some extra cash alongside, this is the place for you. Joining Microworkers as a Worker does not mean you are employed by the site. Instead, you will be working as a freelancer. With that, you can work as much or as little as you want. At the same time, your potential for earning is also limitless since you can accept all the jobs you believe you are capable of completing, and get paid for it."

Short Task:

"ShortTask has subdivided its working into two categories -- solvers and seekers. The solver works on individual tasks, earns in dollars, and gets paid only once the seeker approves the work. The seeker assigns individual tasks, gains access to thousands of solvers, and pays only when satisfied.

ShortTask provides a common platform for both solvers as well as seekers. Once the seeker assigns a new Task, the solver can immediately work on it and get paid if the seeker approves the Task. This is actually as simple as it sounds!

What is a Task?

A Task is a job assigned by the seeker. The Tasks can range from in-depth research and content writing to video transcribing and data processing. The solver can work on the Task for a given period and earn reward once approved by the seeker."

See? It can be very easy to make money from home doing simple tasks. All you need to succeed is patience, a good work ethic, and attention to detail. You can set your own hours and work from anywhere you have internet access. This is the reason these sites are so successful. Choose one or choose them all. You are guaranteed to make a few extra dollars to help you stay at home and take care of your family as well as make sure your bills stay paid. I highly recommend this for people who have small children or disabilities. You wont be asked to put in sensitive information as most pay out by paypal. With the exception of Amazon Mechanical Turk. They send payments by check or by Direct Deposit. They can also send your money to be used to purchase items off of Amazon.com. I assure you that this is safe and that your information will never be jeopardized. Have fun and good luck with your work at home hunt!

  2. Do you like talking?

  3. You can earn $20 for a 20 minute survey!

Guess what? This is exactly what big companies are paying me for. They need to know what their average customer needs and wants. So big companies pay millions of dollars per month to the average person. In return, the average person, like me, answers some questions and gives them their opinion.
